We guide you through your journey at a pace that is right for you, listen to your aspirations, frame the opportunities, and provide cohesive frameworks, knowledge and expertise you can trust to make your transition a success. We do this by working together through three stages:
1. Vision – Frame Business for Good within your company, explore opportunities and challenges and engage key stakeholders to create a shared vision and purpose.
2. Design– Map out your impact and growth model, and develop the priority impact areas from your vision (these will be individual to your business and could include areas such as B Corp certification, people and culture, environmental management etc.) to design your strategy.
3. Plan – Put an implementation plan in place that both engages and empowers your team to deliver it.
Once you have completed your strategy, we can also provide optional support to help you put it into action.
